Cuz SM alone gives naruto enough strenght to slam the likes of kurama and toss a giant rhino into mid air. RSM is leagues above SM in strenght. If sasuke alone even had the strenght of SM he would destroy kinshiki or slam him until he shatters unless u believe kinshiki is physically stronger than kurama. Cmon dude its obvious how nerfed he was or like indra said maybe he was weakened by taking on the giant Bijuudama and getting bijuu extracted from him
My point exactly if SM alone would slam a being like kurama RSM would have done more thats why im saying either kishi was on his inconsistency like usual or he was weakened like indra said he did after he got captured kishi doesnt even show use of frog kata after pain arc. He would be throwing ghost punches or some sh!t lol
I guess you missed all those times when KCM Naruto was repeatedly slapped by V1 Raikage despite Bee intervening, or V0 Jins slapping him around, or V2 ones punching him and him flying around like a rag-doll and Bee aiding him over and over again, or base Obito catching him (and his clones in KCM) whilst standing more than twice despite having help from Gai and Kakashi, or base Madara having no trouble reacting to him or base Obito showing no trouble following him when he was in BM ...

In-coming: he was not using his full speed all those times Bull-Shit, when nothing in the manga supports it. The only defense you Naruto apologists have. I mean, when you have the fastest guy tripping over roots, I really get the defense force.

They are equal in physical capabilities when Naruto uses RSM, meaning Sasuke is one of the most exceptional Taijutsu users in the whole manga if he can keep up with someone so much enhanced. Makes you think if Sauce is natty or not.

Yea right never repeated right? That was most definitely never repeated even when he deflected those tbb's or cut Kaguya's arm arm when Sasuke couldn't even touch a single hair on her body even when using ameno.
Here's some little piece of information for you. No one uses their top speed all the dam time. Naruto's fighting style doesn't rely on speed in the first place. He only displays his speed when it's a neccessity
