Cuz SM alone gives naruto enough strenght to slam the likes of kurama and toss a giant rhino into mid air. RSM is leagues above SM in strenght. If sasuke alone even had the strenght of SM he would destroy kinshiki or slam him until he shatters unless u believe kinshiki is physically stronger than kurama. Cmon dude its obvious how nerfed he was or like indra said maybe he was weakened by taking on the giant Bijuudama and getting bijuu extracted from him
