Is Naruto Entering the Realms of Bulls***ness??

Im REALLY not liking the way Naruto's going tbh. This will DEFINITELY sound like a rant, but the story is going NOWHERE. Every episode, someone seems to be getting some sort of powerup. Sorry to say, but I really think Kishi has run out of ideas.

At the beginning, Naruto was a fresh, brand-spanking new, original story; now its just turning into a HUGE fight fest. In my mind, I think Kishi is trying to buy some time so that he can DRASTICALLY improve the storyline, and so is giving us this bullsh*t for a few weeks.

Naruto is, at the moment, moving towards a completely fight-based anime, with no other facets to its overall storyline. Characters CANNOT just whip out powerups of this scale every now and again; if someone like Kabuto can master Sage Mode, how can Jiraiya not??? Kishi is just powering antagonists as his protagonists are clearly way ahead of their counterparts.

I feel Kishi is losing control over the relative power of characters at the moment. I mean, judging by the recent fights and powerups, Sasuke, Kabuto and Naruto comprehensively overshadow the God of Shinobi, Hiruzen Sarutobi. These powerups make Orochimaru seem very weak, in all honesty- considering what we saw from him in a fight. They completely dwarf Jiraiya's greatness.

I'm sorry to say this, but Naruto, the anime/manga that I loved at the beginning, is clearly going out of control...

What do people think? Is it okay for characters to receive ridiculous powerups every now and again, or is it time people accepted Naruto is going out of control???

Seeing the first few powerups, I was in awe. Now its becoming repetitive, boring, and frankly annoying...

I understand that people love action (so do I), but epic fights can only add so much to a story lacking depth right now. Where is the character development? Do any of us actually connect with any of the characters truly (like we did in FMA/FMA:B)?? Most importantly, where the **** is the story going??

cant agree with you... i think it has gone even better... i think kishi improved lol. im acutally looking forward to naruto every week now.. compared to other arcs.

your absolutely right....he had a chance to fix this with the war but as soon as naruto got free he skipped the 7 swordsman of the mist fight and basically everything not doing with the main characters...lol its a shame

The only thing I want to say is that it makes more sense for Kabuto to master sage mode because he is a medical ninja with great chakra control, and that + lots of chakra are all you need to learn Sage Mode

I think you are right.
This whole war thing was a mistake from the very start.
I see no obvious plot whatsoever...Naruto resembles Bleach with the never ending powerups and its not fun to read anymore.

I understand some people like action but for that action we also get mediocre plot and no humor. I sincerely hope this 'War' is getting somewhere...

It just getting to it's climax. For a long time it's playing hide and seek with events. now we get the revelations of the hide and seek. Do you think Kabuto has been idle all the while he was not featured. Be a little more creative

Id wager a lot of money that Jiraiya has greater chakra reserves than Kabuto. I think I can safely say Jiraiya has great chakra control as well...

I kinda like how its going because with the power up how would kabuto stand a chance with the two susanno brothers, plus kabuto said he hasnt mastered the sage mode. in the last chapter second to the last page mention "even he couldn't become a true sage in the end. just like me"

Id wager a lot of money that Jiraiya has greater chakra reserves than Kabuto. I think I can safely say Jiraiya has great chakra control as well...

If you think Jiraiya's chakra control is better than a medical ninja who Tsunade said was probably better than her, you are sorely mistaken.

Just thought I would point out that kabuto hasn't 'mastered' sage mode any further than jman. He still shows animal like characteristics like jiraiya did. The difference is that kabuto's mode has horns while Jiraiya's gave him warts and a bigger nose.

Most mangas have characters that get powerups out of nowhere....its only natural. And i for one am looking forward to seeing the Dragon sage mode.
