im still thinking the mod should try and make the base as close to the naruto series as ever. Why hold a naruto site and not have it reflect the series? It would make alot more sense if everyone could do everything the naruto series could do. Here's some examples.
1) Implants
Kakkashi,Danzo,Madrara,Ao.
They all gained they're occular power from a fight right or recived it from a dyeing friend. So why not let us be able to have implants, i know what some people are thinking then people will just let people kill them to get there sharigan. I say let's make it into a battle test, where a sensei is useing a sharigan bio that is offered a challenge to take his sharigan. So the sensei would battle since he sure enough wont lose and that would always make it a fair battle since they would have tow ork for it. And some people say they'd become to op Set limits on it then since they'r enot orignal from the clan they would die from the chakra comsuption since they're not use to it. So limit the time they're able to use it.
2) Character
Soro,Sage Of The Six Paths,Gari,Pakura,Zetsu,Madara,Tobi,Tailed Beast
Why are we limiting characters? Or cutting them off. What that all about? We should allow the Sage of the six, but with a hard @ss test to it since he's the father who created everything know about justu lol. So i suggest with put him against 5 sensei or mod which ever they decide and the player having to show they're skill against them without dieing since that would prove to them he's worthy of owning such a worthy bio.
My seocund would be Soro, soro was one of my favorites man lol i go back and watch the episode just for him xd. But one are we not allowed to his full abilites? People say you can make a sora but not have the nine tails, that like saying we can have naruto but cant use shadow clone or rasengan lol just wouldn't be the same unless you made with normal soro but wouldnt get the point of that lol
Gari- he's a worthy character of being owned by a few shinobi lol getting punched by him makes certain your dead lol He's fist explode on impact so you'd be smart to avoid his punches so i think this bio shouldn't be on hold since it would be common since to avoid his fist unless you wanna die or you can do a long range fight or just avoid his hands lol

Gari- Wanna fight?
Sasuke- *Thinks* He could blow my sht apart, hmm live to fight another day or die a loser
Gari- So
Sasuke- Im good
Pakura- She's a hot women literaly xd, her justu reloves around hot balls of fire that melt you to bits sucking all the water from your body ending your life lol. Man this guys are op for sure xd but just avoid her balls lol and not be a DA and get hit by them and get owned lol.
Zetsu- Hmm idk never seen him fight but i'v seen he cant multiply lol so ughh idk how he could be a treat since madara said his level of power couldnt hurt naruto i think we could all own him besides for his chakra thing which could be used to start a war and change appearance like getting him confused with your own shadow clones lol game over xd
Madara- I think he should be allowed but not without a hard @ss test lol Like him vs Minato and A and A's father lol making it a hard test so he'd have to be skilled enough to handle the fast people and destructive powers they have lol you'd die if you werent experienced enough to handle them lol
Tobi- Idk how'd you'd fight him he just seems just to phaze through everything lol I'd just surrender not worth getting taken into his eye and dieing lol
Tailed Beast- Man they should be free lol and i think we should be able to use them free;y and not have to use they're host as the bio lol since they're beast that can be extracted and reinserted into a different body so if someone was to kill the current beast and take it into themselves that should be the next tailed beast but it's whatever lol
Justu/Summoning?
Why is they're a limit on the amount of custom justu you can have? Ninja's in narutos eries depend on they're justu to surive and you just take them away lol theat's like throwing a baby to the wolves lol so why do we need limits were all ninja's just trying to surive so why have a limit on are knowledge to create are own justu because if it's custom made we would always remember it so i think we should hav elimited justu.
