Nope, but he can break it, however kishi wont script those 2 seconds for blitz head off from Sasuke U_U

No one is immune to genjutsu not even kabuto who designed himself to be immune to genjutsu and we saw how that turned out.
Perfect jin like naruto can break out of genjutsu via their bijuu, killer bee is the original perfect jin and sasuke basic sharingan was able to place him under genjutsu for a few seconds. It is clear sasukes rinne genjutsu is far greater than his basic sharingan genjutsu which already lasted seconds on a perfect jin so sasuke rinne genjutsu should be quite effective.

He can completely avoid any genjutsu that requires eye contact due to his sensing abilities and the Tailed beasts can deal with any Genjutsu that don't require eye contact.

Why was it said Jins aren't affected by Genjutsu? Because the Bijuus would help them.And what happened to the Bijuu? Who owned them Neg Diff? Even if they can appear within Narutos subconscoius then perhaps Sasukes Genjutsu will be strong enough to effect them still.

Naruto isn't going to fight sasuke with his eyes closed so clearly that's out of the question. Also the bijuu can't even save themselves from genjutsu with just a glance that put all nine of under that the sage praised for sasuke doing it with little effort

There just using common sense.
Naruto due to being an uzumaki has an immense vitality (Yang)(Stamina)opposite of of yin spiritual energy (what genjustu is made of)
Mastered chakra shape/manipulation / can now handle more chakra than anyone alive/distribute it to others while simultaneously matching it to each individuals chakra signature/master sage mode to the point where he suffers to ill effects
It goes without question that naruto can break out of genjustu.
