Wiping out villages with one attack... and so on.

But his devastatingabilties are much higher than his battle efficience...

I would say: my List from bare power:
This list referrs to the charakter's abilties to crush their environment and change the landscape


1 Nagato
2 Naruto
3 Kabuto
4 Killer Bee
5 Hashirama (by hype)

This list referrs to the charakter's strenght in a one on one combat. Beeing higher ranked in this list doesnt mean that the charakter would definitivly defeat the others.

(Example: Minatos chance to win against Nagato are low, but he is ranked higher, because he can defeat douzends of people without crushing the landscape in seconds)

List from efficience:
1. Tobi
2. Kabuto
3. Minato
4. Itachi
5. Nagato


In both my lists Nagato is top five... I dont think hes overrated that much... He just never had the chance to use his ful arsenal (to have a prime)

Are you serious? Itachi is underrated? Itachi is probably the most overrated character in Naruto.

The manga has just shown us pre rinnegan Tobi < Pain.

No it's not. Nagato > Pain > Itachi manga fact.

Nagato / pain = basically same thing as we never really see nagato do anything with his own body.

Nagato > itachi low dif.

(kisame is my favorite character and i have to accept that guy > him. if you cant accept that itachi isnt as good as your tiny brains believe then okay)

he's far from overrated as he is literally described by all as a "god". Nobody would out class him 1v1.
(naruto didnt beat him ... he talked him out of his hatred and had his dad/ kurama/ whole leaf village/ ramen guy etc.. help him)

Nagato literally solo'd the whole village and everybody in it, also has the fastest capture rate for jinchurikis LOL! captured the kid blowing bubbles in what 6 seconds? Couldnt really be assed to site all my facts because its general knowledge but look.

naruto / bee / itachi without a doubt would have fallen to nagato if it wasnt ABSOLUTELY NEEDED for itachi / naruto to continue on in the story.
