i think minato can take out oro. it won't be an easy fight as oro knows a lot of forbbiden jutsu, but minato wins in the end. we've only seen minato fight really against gods and MS obito. the bito fight didn't last long enough to get a good handle on what minato can really do. and against juubi jin he is limited in what he can do. we need to see him fight someone closer to his level so we can get a better understanding on how he is in a fight. he did however have a little skirmish with Ay and Bee, but he just made them look silly with FTG.

I say equal because we dont know how strong Oro truly is. You have to acknowledge his forbidden knowledge of jutsu and his body is invincible it seems.

They implied that Minato was the only that could stand any chance against Orochimaru, not that he could win. Moreover, Hiruzen back then didn't know anything about Oro's body modifications, kinjutsu etc.
