So, the question is... Can Minato face and defeat Orochimaru in 1 vs 1 battle?

The reason why I am saying this is because I've seen people stated that Oro is stronger than Minato, but I believe someone here knows who is actually stronger.

Dude, Minato got only one arm and FACED against JUUBI also known as Rikudo Madara... What do you expect from that man who got Hashirama's cells, the most dangerous sensing abilities along with Juubi and SM, Rikudo's staff, Black Spheres....

You shouldn't show me that scan all the time when Minato got kicked, but Oro couldn't dodge the attacks against Tsunade who got owned by Kabuto.... Don't say he had no arms, but he should at least dodge it.
