Tobirama uses the exact same techniques. He also has the ability to teleport whatever his chakra touches.

Tobirama also created Edo Tensei, which is effectively a sealing techniques. A techniques in which he was helped by the Uzumaki's, there is no telling how much knowledge he obtained through his Era.

I believe that people consistently try and downgrade Tobirama's FTG, because they believe it reflects on his abilities. Whether i personally think it makes Minato look better. The fact that he is able to perform jutsu, that one of the Legendary Senju brothers uses.
