Is minato soul totally sealed?

When minato sealed the fox did his whole soul get sealed as well just wondering cause i assumed the third coffin oro was raising was minato. and im thinking kabuto secret weapon is minato O.O

Yea he did but he also sealed some of his mental energy in Naruto so that if Naruto ever tries to open the kyuubi then he can talk to Naruto. Nah i doubt that Oro was gonna summon Minato next because he is sealed in the next world and i also thought this too at first but i seriously doubt that the other coffin was Minato i am telling you its not.
