Is Minato even fast?

Now before goes crazy I'd like to propose the fact that the flying thunder god technique is a time space jutsu, a way to summon yourself to wherever your seal is. So my question is why people like A and minato fanboys call him the physically fastest ever. Minato never ran anywhere in a flash, he kinda teleported. Which is the reason he has to do this :

so lets put this into a simple term that you can understand.

so lets say that... person 1 can teleport from point a-z at any given time without any restrictions.
person 2 can run extremely fast from point to point restricted to what its tangible.

who do you think can get to a destination faster?

if both people starts off from one point heading to the other point with a mountain between them.

who do you think will get there much faster? the one that has no restrictions or the one that has a restriction to what is tangible.

However Naruto, A, Lee, and Guy are technically the "fastest". If they call him the fastest doesn't put Shisui Uchiha in the same category as him because he named Shisui of the body flicker?

He's a teleporter not "fast". Fast is moving from point a to point b with your own body. So the means of raido and genma use the ftgt together their the "fastest". No. Speed is rock Lee. Might Guy. Naruto. A. Not Minato

Obviously there are other characters that are physically more agile.

What you consider fast is relative to your definition.

Hmm well i agree with other guys, hes fastest because he can get from a to z faster then any one else... And i also think hes considered fast because he can manipulate his jutsu in matter of seconds ^^

If u take a technique and a tailed beast separately then its okay ... but tell me whats "Base Speed" first !

1. Naruto - Not even fast without Kyubii cloak , KM or Bijuuu mode ... SM is not count as fastest ... so Narutos Base Speed (according to ur logic ) is low .

2. Raikage A ... is fast ..But then again its becoz his Lightning armour ... But hes fast than any one else cause he able to keep up with KM naruto without armor ...but not fastest as his fastest speed comes from Lightning armor.

3. Lee ... Natural fast ..but then again his Fastest Speed comes from Gates ... Same for Guy ..they are fastest when they use Higher gates ...

So first decide what u mean by the term Base Speed ... if u want to know ..their running speed .. then am afraid ... u have to arrange a sprint race for them

Your points are all as right as it gets. However All those jutsu are used to enhance speed. Minato ftgt is a teleportation jutsu. Since when is teleportation the same as super speed.

As I said before, I know it was stated in the manga. However if Tenten was said to be "the strongest kekkei genkai user in the whole ninja world" you'd want answers. Can she even use kekkei genkai? Why has she been hiding her strength? etc. I'm just question WHY Minato is considered the "fastest"

i believe his base speed is fast, of course his base speed is not as fast as the raikage's full speed BUT minato has SUPER fast reflexes, add that to ftg and intelligence and you got your self a monster . the combination of what he can do makes him really fast.
