He's clearly the strongest Shichibukai. No other Shichibukai has anywhere near the hype he has.

He rivals Shanks (unsure as to which is stronger but IMO Le birdeyes wins). Shanks beats Admirals high diff. Isshou is an Admiral. Isshou made Doflamingo sh*t himself. Kuzan was an Admiral. Kuzan made Doflamingo run away.

Mihawk has conquerors haki for sure. He's the WSS, ofc he will be able to take on Doffy. How does that make sense that Doffy is stronger when he's going to get taken down either this arc or the next one. He's scared sh*tless of Kaido and Shanks stopped Kaido before coming to MF; considering Mihawk is near Shank's strength, I would say Mihawk will solo Doffy.

Mihawk was compared to Shanks in terms of strength and it was said that they are equal.So yes he is the strongest Shichibukai.
