Sociopaths lack the ability to feel emotions, they are just completely turned off (Obito was closer to this, until Naruto gave him his TNJ meds) Madara has very strong emotions but lacks the ability to care about hurting people, this is psychopath behavior.

Madara is only vieing for peace because subconcously, he wants to believe that he still has a sliver of decency left. But that's just a lie he tells himself. He is a completely evil psychopath.

psychopath does not equal sociopath... most sociopaths are actually very social beings, it's just they don't have the ability to feel emotion... Madara experiences emotions to a very high degree, his behavior is definitely 100% psychopathic. His "peace" is actually revenge for the death of his brother and the perceived subjugation of the Uchiha
