Oro was the best, till Sasuke negged him and he turned into a joke for the rest of the series. Next was Pein/Nagato, great design, power we never seen b4, introduced the Rinnegan and single handily raised power ceiling(seeing CT for the 1st time was minblowing).

To this day Pein is where the line is drawn bewtween Top tiers and fodders. Shame tnj and the Madara rection fcked him over.

I think Orochimaru was the best villain in the series as all of tje other 'villains' had a back story which meant you good relate or at least have some sympathy for them. Orochimaru was just pure evil. Especially when he'd say 'Sarutobi Sensei' and then laugh.... before killing him.

Danzo was just a turd.

nah , I think it was Pain , I mean come on , he was one of the best villains in anime history , he was the wisest character in Naruto
just look at his quotes
"Even innocent foolish children will grow up in the face of pain, until their thoughts and beliefs are the same as their doubts"

"Love breeds sacrifice... which in turn breeds hatred. Then you can know pain"

"Just by living, people hurt others without even realizing it. So long as humanity exists, hate will also exist. There is no peace in this cursed world. War is just a crime paid for by the pain of the defeated..."

"Sometimes you must hurt in order to know, fall in order to grow, lose in order to gain because life's greatest lessons are learned through pain"

"Love is the reason why there is pain. When we lose someone precious to us, hate is born. Vengeance is the product of that hate and so death follows. But in death there is only more death. This will give rise to more pains. In this cursed world we live in, it is a cycle of hatred that will not cease. You and I seek the same thing that Jiraiya-sensei wanted. Let me ask you this: How will you confront this hatred in order to create peace? "

"We are but men, drawn to act in the name of revenge that we deem to be justice. But... if there is justice in revenge then that same justice will breed only more revenge... and trigger a cycle of hatred"

"Religion, ideology, resources, land, spite, love or just because. No matter how pathetic the reason, it's enough to start a war."

besides he was really badass , I mean just look at him

and his theme really fits well with his character

and here I am supposed to believe that he was nothing but a minion for a retarded psycho (a.k.a Obito) that wanted to rule the world because he lost his school crush

Nah, he sucks as a character. He only has 'fans' bandwagooners because he is strong.

I would say he was the villain that made everything interesting. The protagonist was almost dead, everybody hopeless etc.

No, people overrated Madara just cause he look "badass". Madara is such a Boring typical villain that you expect him to be evil just like all Uchiha are arrogant, and annoying. The Uchiha are just pathetic to look at especially when Obito ruined their image . I don't find Madara nowhere near intimidating and interesting as the Akatsuki that's why I find Pain more suitable to be the Final Villain because he is someone more unique, most fearful looking with epic design, more ruthless when the timing is on point and he's definitely the most accomplished villain. We got too much Uchiha wank and I am tired of it and now we got some ootsutski villains taking another dump on this series.

Honestly I would rather have Black Zetsu being the final villain because at least he is more interesting when he is someone you do not expect to be plus it makes sense considering this whole "mastermind" suits him well as a villain. Zetsu had the most ominous feeling and his character is just too mysterious. Kishi did good job trying to sway everything by focusing on the bigger picture so that would make Zetsu as minor character to make him the least expected. .๏ปฟ
The reason why Black Zetsu would've been the better choice as the FV is because he made his first introduction in Valley of the End after Naruto vs Sasuke Clash at the end of Part 1 and since then it was built up to where that NOONE would expect him to be kaguya son reincarnate rather than taking clitche route by reviving the Originator of chakra which diminishes the ancient mythical being.

OFC there wasn't much of a danger, but once Zetsu backstabbed Madara. Kishi should've taken a different approach to where Zetsu becomes a threat and be like Butterfly Aizen.

Madara was nothing but fan service. Part 1, early part 2 Orochimaru will always be my favorite villain in Naruto. Sasuke had the potential to become one of the best villains, but with the power of friendship shounen crap, it all fell apart.

Madara had the best build up. Orochimaru was wasted imo. Sound Village could have easily been the catalyst for the war. Madara was foreshadowed in part 1 and came to full force in the war. Kaguya wasn't needed.

Not imo I think Pain and Orochimaru had way more substance to them and were a lot more relatable and realistic. Madara was just too 'animated'.

Sasuke really did have potential like that one guy said

in what way was orochimaru relatable and realistic?

OT: madara was the coolest but damn sure not the best

which makes dbz a failure itself

At least with DBZ it follow the same premise whereas with Naruto it completely changed the whole fundamental story in a single arc by ripping off dbz elements and keeps spamming explosion, with power ups after powerups, almost everyone have non-restriction.

THAT is supposed to be your argument?...lolololololol
naruto page 1 chapter 1 talked about a giant fox with 9 tails who blew up mountains and caused earthquakes...lolololololol
last time I checked naruto did not ripoff jack shit from dbz in terms of power scaling...weaklings in dbz can casually blow up the moon with little to no effort...name 1 weakling in the narutoverse capable of doing that much who is NOT A GOD...lmaooo
the power scaling in dbz is a JOKE...constant no-limit fallacies/inconsistencies and god-awful simplicity....
in all honesty dbz as a series is a joke in it of itself
