jellal is a natural bad-ass at a young age he had high amount of magic power while laxus had none that's how he got the stone implanted in him to make him a dragon slayer. laxus is a bad-ass and kicks anyone ass that he needs to. jellal does the same too as you seen in the other manga. i think it would be a tie. cause jellal is mystogans replacement so there equals in every way. laxus has power while jellal has magic. well thats what i think if i have the right to think anymore.

The powerscale doesn't really account for much in Fairytail. It's more of a who do you think is more Badass I suppose.
