Not exactly. I am not interested in making any particular speculation about it. As a writer Kishi can take in in any direction. But bayakugan is not something you awaken as far as I know. Not yet.

Naruto's kid if shown with bayakugan would look more Hyuga than Uzumaki. Hyugas were never focal point of story. Making Naruto's family look like an extension of Hyuga family at this juncture wouldn't not sit well with many. Another Hinata /Neji copy would not be that interesting either if Kishi wants to extend the series in some way. It definitely gives more chances to Kishi if he feels like elaborating. So it works for him better this way.

But we already know that Hyuuga had important history and relevent to manga also. Their eyes alone had longer history than whole Uzumaki clan. Why they cant sit well with many. Many people here or anywhere sure want to see Hyuuga clan development and potential and this new series is the chance/opportunity for Kishi to develop Hyuuga outside Hinata. Hanabi got potential and other Hyuuga member.

Look at big picture and think out of the box.

It was a story of Naruto Uzumaki. Not Naruto Hyuga. That's the big picture. You are getting side tracked because Hyugas happened to have connections. He says he forget, but going off of the fact that he hates the hyuga, I doubt he'd give them the time of day by making the children of the main charcater have their Kekkai Genkai. Doesn't mean it still couldn't get development via Karin, Hashirama, Nagato, Orochimaru, and Hashirama. Whatever the excuse is, there's no reason to leave the MC's clan with such lackluster development, even less, dare I say, than clans like the Hyuga and Nara clans. Anyways, the clan members aren't even all extinct, merely separated.
