Help me out here: how on earth can a mangaka troll in his own manga? It's not like he makes decisions based on the thought "Well, let's see, what shall I write now to piss off some of my readers who I don't know personally?"
Not his fault if certain scenes/character deaths aren't to some readers' wishes. It's his manga, his creation, he can do what he wants with it.
So no, I don't consider him a troll. Not his fault if some readers can't accept facts in the manga
