Is Kisame fused with Samehada stronger than Minato?

I mean, Kisame without Samehada took a direct beating from Guy in 7 gates, yet not only did he survive but he mustered enough strength to break free from a wood stock. So in other words Rasengan=virtually effect-less on Kisame. Now, when Kisame is fused with Samehada, he can regenerate, so Rasengan will be even more effectless:

Plus when he's fused with Samehada Chakra based Ninjutsu won't work on him at all:

FTG will be rendered useless if Kisame makes a Water Dome to drown the Kunias in. I'm being serious, kisame fused with Samehada has one of the highest chances of beating Minato. He may not win due to Minato's intelligence, but from feats displayed Kisame has an advantage over minato's displayed attacks.

In my opinion Minato is overall stronger, but Kisame is Mnato's ultimate worst match up. minato can beat kisame, but with the most difficulty he'll ever see in his life

Maybe? but that was a sealing technique designed merely for sealing chakra into a person.... Plus the right preparations must be made for that seal

Kisame fused with samahada will cause anybody trouble and if he decides to fight the way he did against bee, meaning he fuses then fights in the water he would cause trouble. But he still loses to minato however way you look at it.

If he fights on water, like he did again team gai he loses.
Kisame cannot deal with great speed as we saw again gai, A and bee and minato's speed is greater than them.

Secondly if he decides to fight in water, well if minato throws his kunai's in the water he can teleport in and out at any time, meaning kisame's doesnt really gain the advantage he has when underwater.

From what we have seen from both, i agree that kisame is stronger if you look at abilities shown alone. Strength is a combination of many things and due to minato's intelligence and speed he tips kisame. Meaning minato is stronger than him
