Since this organisation 'Kara' has been introduced they are talking about a vessel.Now the question is who/what is this vessel.I think their vessel is a jinchuriki and the reason behind it is that the guy with the white beard said something like that Momoshiki ruined everything and only big thing that Momoshiki has done in this series is that he killed Killer bee,Another evidence is that their plans are ruined because they lost the 'vessel' and now in the latest chapter it looked like that white beard guy was telling Ao to revive the vessel and in the end Ao was getting ready to fight.Could he be possibly talking about fighting with Naruto.
