Yeah but now he's out of chakra and blind in one eye. Being blind in one eye seriously affects your coordination. Then again... Manga physics.

he was a jounin at 13 plus all the jutsus he's already learned with the sharingan ( and he could use shadow clones to make up for the loss of perception of the enemies reply because they can see the reply poof so akakshi can know then he'd move accordingly) and he has summoning dogs which can also make up for his loss of sharingan since they can hold the enemy down so he can strike them with the lighting blade

Doesn't matter what age he became a jounin. I think to much is placed on that title.
Can he compete with the current ninja around him? Thats the only question. Most of his jutsu were centered around his eye even is lightning blade relied on his reaction time. He never had a great chakra pool so he relied on skill and losing sharingan means his skill just dropped.
With the sharingan he was kage level and he had a jutsu that could one shot most ninjas. HE WENT FROM TOP 15 TO TOP 20.
He cant compete with A(raikage),Bee, Tsunade, Gaara,all kages for that matter, chouji,Guy etc.......

Shadow clones are not his game...all of his jutsu are about high skill and precision. Even his shadow clones are lightning clones because thats the type of guy he is. He isnt Naruto.
Also good luck on using dogs on the ninja currently in the top 15....lmao Raikage,guy,tsunade etc would laugh at dogs.

Sasuke is a real true blood Uchiha please stop comparing the two(and naruto wasn't going in for the kill). Sasuke was fighting Kakashi exhausted,while blind and was fighting him off.
PART 1 IS NOT CURRENT MANGA...THE FIGHT STYLE KISHI HAD ISN'T CURRENT. NOW ITS MORE DBZ-ISH AND PART 1 WAS MORE ABOUT BEING A NINJA.
Speed wise kakashi cant even see the ninja in the top 15 now they're to fast.

Please stop talking nonsense, i gave a manga evidence Sasuke really went to kill Naruto and it ended as a draw.My point was that Kakashi can still use raikiri and adapt it, a bit like raikage's hellstab. You others points are pure speculations i don't waste my time with speculation.
I think before dying obito will give him the other eye , so he will still remain the kkakashi of the sharingan .so personally I think kakashi is now weak as his strength came mainly from the sharingan what do you guys/girls think?
