Of course Kakashi is very well known(a panel before the one i posted, darui and Raikage were even discussing about that), but it's Kamui here which is not known since it's a new jutsu that Kakashi only recently developped and it would have a great importance in this battle. Also not saying it takes too long for Raikage to reach V2. I'm only saying that Kakashi won't be reckless cuz it's not his habit to do stupid things like aiming at someone with no reasons

Yes but Kakashi only is only going to use Kamui when he has realized that A is an incredibly tough opponent. A only needs one punch to kill Kakashi and if Kakashi underestimates A's speed or strength even once then he is dead. None of his ninjutsu will hit or hurt him either.

Kabuto(DSM) was doing really well against two Top 10's and one of them were Edo.
Neither Itachi nor Minato can beat 3rd Raikage.

Minato is severely overrated. Yes he's strong, but not that strong. His techs are ideal for fodders.
I could name ways for each of the people above him to beat him. Though I will grant you that his rate of success goes up without knowledge.

Have you thought of the possibility of both of them being fast enough to dodge it ?

Well considering Kakashi can hit Naruto's rasengan while he's moving in TBM with Kamui should mean catching a bigger target like the Raikage would be very plausible.
