Minato beats tobi. He has the ability to counter him with speed.
Naruto, Killer bee, Kakashi and gai have a hard time to defeat tobi (without using rinnegan yet)

Minato landed a hit, but didn't really defeat him. Naruto's Rasengan also hit Tobi, this doesn't mean it defeated him.

Because Sannin is a title which everyone will recognize. Kakashi is famous, but not as much as Sannin. Besides, in Part I, Kakashi was younger by about 3 years than he is now, and even now the council was afraid of putting someone so young at this position.

I didn't say he surpassed all of them. I said he would be able to defeat most of them. Itachi is one of the exceptions, since Kakashi WOULD have chances at defeating him but I never said he is stronger. To me, they are on the same level at the moment.

Kakashi with a plan and good preparation he has the chance to defeat someone stronger than him like a kage(extremely high difficulty). He is very smart.

I think kakashi's MS will make itachi's tsukuyomi useless. And kakashi's knowledge of jutsu will have no effect against susano. And it seems kakashi can warp amaterasu and susano's attack away.But when it come to analyzing I think no one is better than itachi.

Kakashi ''could'' get lucky with his Kamui.
But he'd have more of a chance to hit with it on someone like Nagato or something.
