based on what pretense? there have only been 6 ms users in the uchiha's history and only one of those had st capabilities, and that was obito's. you cant assume itachi will have a knowledgeable counter for something that was unprecedented that he was unaware of, save for OP's battle stipulations of prior knowledge for this battle

also he assassinated the clan in their sleep with help from someone, he didnt battle them, theres a big difference between the 2

Itachi doesn't know what Kamui is, neither does he have a counter for it. He couldn't even believe Kakashi had unlocked the MS.

MS techniques vary depending on the user and so you can never know what kind if abilities the user will unlock.

Shisui unlocked the strongest Genjutsu ever, while Obito would have unlocked the greatest Space/Time ninjutsu ever. The uchiha won't have information about this because they can't just guess what abilities the user will unlock.

srry to disappoint but itachi's sharigan is far more superior than itachi, it always was and always will.
Kamui is a force to be reckon with dont get me wrong but 2 eyes vs 1 is not equal.
I believe they are both equal in intelligence, itachi is faster i would say, and itachi has more stamina and chakra than kakashi

You know that he needs time to Kamui someone. If you look some old anime you will see that he needs time to absorb Deidara's arm and here we are talking about a person. BTW Itachi can easily dodge it. Read somewhere that if you toss a kunai in front of the Kamui's sight it will absorb the kunai (or another object ). So here is an easy way to exhaust the enemy and to block one of his strong jutsus. And if you see the fight when Chio, Sakura, Kakashi and Naruto fought Itachi you will see him doing a Genjustu without using his eyes only with his finger.

1.)When he's 10% chakra / stamina. (note: not intelligence, it's not 1/10 as intelligent as itachi, it's just a lot weaker (i think)) was fighting kakashi/naruto he couldn't tell it was a clone until he put him under genjutsu,

2.) Since this is the only interaction we have with itachi v.s. kakashi-clone it is fair for the kakashi fans to claim he can't.

If you honestly believe that probably the strongest uchiha since madara would know how to stop an uchiha jutsu just cuz you believe he hasnt seen it before then you can't be to smart when it comes to naruto.

Why the ****kk you people think that the databook is right?? In the anime is said that Itachi is the fastest Hand Seal maker in NV and the fact that Kakashi has a MS doesn't mean that he can break from a basic genjustu. He still will get trapped and he will need some time to break out in this time Itachi will easy cast Tsukuyomi and there is the end. If you remember in the basic Naruto, Itachi put Kakashi in really tuff situation.

Check their databook scores for speed.. and as for handseals.. Kakashi outright said he could barely keep up his jutsu speed..
Infact, the gap was so bad ... In part 1.. Itachi wasn't even drawn doing any seals... He just did jutsu..

In part 2 , Kakashi can read them better, but his speed is still ridiculously fast

how do you figure that tobi uses it and tobi mentored him also he may knowof all the uchiha attacks and jutsu considering he knows koto inazagi and inzami

I believe that the OP said that they have full info about one another, so the part about 'not knowing kamui is' is no longer relevant.



On the topic, I believe this wont be a matter of powerful techniques but rather, a battle of strategy and tactics in which both are highly known for.
