I take it this is also blood-lust and thats why kakashi starts with kamui, right?. Anyway it looks like kamui wraps whatever is in front of it. The distance between bee and naruto and itachi and nagato is roughly 30m, might be bigger though. If itachi manages to produces the fire ball technique and with him holding the fastest handseal in the series its more than possible before kakashi manages to pull of kamui, its the fire ball kakashi teleport because thats what is in front of him;

This simple strategy not only blocks kakashi from possibly kamui's itachi right away because the ball is between itachi and kakahi, it also travels once released and this might be enough.
At 30 metres, if itachi closes this gap id give him the advantage, might aswell rely on his handspeed here. With info before hand, i wouldnt put it past him to create a karasu bunshin, something that the sharigan cannot distinguish. Before you say he cannot, may i remind you that he was able to counter all of sasuke's kunai assault whilst forming a handseal for a bunshin. With knowledge of kamui like you kindly said, he should put the bunshin in front of himself as a safe guard between attacks like he did against sasuke;

It kakashi teleports the whole bunshin then good for him. However if he teleports just part of it, the bunshin usually reverts to its original form because it uses crows as a medium and they usually block the users eye sight;

His crow summonings also do the same thing. Links distance is roughly 30m although it might be abit more;

What im trying to say is that itachi would make the first move especially with info before hand, before kakashi can kamui away. He also has the abilities to temporarily distract kakashi's eye sight with his crows affiliated techniques. You seem to be restricting ka or trying to find an excuse why it wouldnt work, like kakashi would see through it, but that isnt how it works. If any of these distractions are viable then itachi has the availability of either KA or close the 30m gap. Btw you mentioned the location is the valley of the end right. At least he can save his chakra and use the water already there to his use.
It's an even battle now. It doesn't matter the strenght of a single attack. I comes down to battle smarts. In which both are genius' in their own right. I would say a healthy Itachi win, but if I see one cough of blood i'm changing my decision.

Want your thoughts guys. This is IF they both have knowledge on eachother. Kakashi has Kamui, and we've seen the speed that it warps people. Itachi doesn't have the speed to dodge it. Kakashi is also able to spam it quite a few times. Itachi has Tsukuyomi but that won't work if they both have knowledge on eachother. Amaterasu is his only other oneshot in this match, since Kakashi is fast enough to dodge Totsuka. Amaterasu didn't kill the Samurai and Karin wasn't badly hurt by it. It will not end Kakashi immediately but Kamui will end Itachi straight away. Kakashi also has more stamina than Itachi; Itachi got a 2.5 in the databooks whereas Kakashi got a 3, and we all know Kakashi's stamina has gone up since then. I think Kakashi would win this.

Kamui is officially OP. Karin passed out from Ama flames being on her a few seconds. It just depends on who gets their technique off first. Ama or Kamui.
Why are you talking like kakashi just used kamui for the first time. We've seen him use it couple of times and ..? Adding up all the times he has used kamui..he hasn't won any fights or killed any1 with his borrowed jutsu so get over it. Like zetsu said a technique is only as good as the user, so unfortunately ur fav character is not as good as Tobi and itachi will win
