Is Kaguya Stupid or Naruto's Clones that OP now?

Madara came from the warring states era so learning how to see through justus meant your survival. He and Hashi practiced justsus together and I'm sure they also trained with their clans since they constantly had to be battle ready. The more justus you knew or could figure out the more you were likely to survive. I don't think Kaguya had to live like that, once she ate the fruit she was able to defeat anyone. Also Madara was Indra, we don't exactly know what all of Indra's abilities were.

Shadow clones was the first jutsu Naruto learned after reading the scroll. He's had a long time to perfect it. I think his power up from the sage would not only be new powers but would enhance the strengths he had already.
