the various sects differ about secondary things. not the fundamentals. and these various sects are just people who have little knowledge of their religion, and who like to model the religion so it fits what they want. if you read and study the Quran as it should be studied : rigorously. you will find that the meanings are clear.
disagreements in the Quran are between the scholars on matters that God chose to give freedom of interpretation to. secondary matters. and there are clear rules to how a person should interpret, and who is allowed to interpret (for exemple you should be a scholar known in the scientific community for your knowledge on islam, you should be known for your trustworthiness, etc.)
and no, its not about ambiguity and interpretations, the arabic language is one of the most precise languages in the world. it is so well made that every one who studies it is amazed. I would ask you to avoid simplification and to avoid talking about things you have little knowledge of (no bashing here, it's just a request) : things like the arabic language, or the Quran, or the islam. because these are very complexe matters.
all of what I said is just to clarify to you that in Islam, there is absolutely no ambiguity on the fact that god is one.
I have all the right to talk about a subject I have little knowledge of as long as I never stated I was well read on it. I'm actually asking you about this, I'm not telling you. And so far, any discussion with a muslim in real life so far, ended with their silence.
And that's strange, I've been in a mosque before and spoke to several muslims and by their own words, the arabic language has characters that have more than one meaning. And could give many quran verses more than one meaning, depending on what interpretation suits your interests.
And again, feel free to go against the above ^ I'm here to learn.
