well? xd
I'm sorry, I didn't understand what you said to me in the last reply. Could you reformulate your answer please?
well? xd
it's a region in the middle east most which many religions originated from many of them have common similarity in which old stories are told in different forms, versions, and variations. I honeslty don't have full knowledge on the whole torah but supposedly Mesopotamia was the birthplace of Abraham also you could be right because the hebrew bible doesn't have translation for the letter A.
the story of noah flood

yeah zoroastrianism is another religion from Mesopotamia many of the stories so familiar i'm guessing that the ancestors of the descendants of modern day religion originated from that location giving birth to different variations of the stories told .
God and Jesus
Didn't you just take a quote from the old testament?
Humanity was already prosperous at the time Jesus supposedly lived.

no biggie.
Well, the quote you mentioned seems like it came from the old testament. Which occurs in a period predating the birth of Jezus. So how is god talking to Jezus about creating humankind in their form when at the time Jezus was alive, humanity was already numerous.
Not to mention the fact that when you look up older versions of the bible, the old testament refers to god in a plurar manner. Meaning 'more than one'.
Well ,this part of the old testament is right in Genesis where there were not people at all. So it's in the creation of the world. It's God and Jesus talking about the creation of humankind.

Yes, so, before Jezus was born God is talking to him? ._.
And I thought Cain and Abel, or one of them, was banished and stated to be afraid of the ''others''? Maybe implying they weren't the only ones?
Since you claim that you have studied the bible I'm take it you have no problem understanding that the quote you outlined from Genesis is likely to be false?
Take a seat internet badass.
Would you please explain to me why it would be false to you, I really would like to know.
Yes! You got it right, Jesus already exist even in heavens before he came here.
And about Cain and Abel, I don't understand your question again sorry, I'm so dense. XD
Who is ''our'' ?
when a king talks he says for example "we have made that decision" "our royal court" etc.
it's the our of royalty and majesty
I see I see
So the same goes for the religious interpretation of god?
I just wanted to clarify that when god says "our", "we" or "us" he only talks about one being, him, god. he also uses the same expressions in the Quran. as you will see in this surate (surate : the resurection)
"No ! I swear by the day of the resurrection.
and no ! I swear by the self that always blames itself.
Does the human think that We will not assemble his bones ?
oh yes ! We are able to recreate his fingerprints.
...(and later in the surate you have also)
don't move your tongue with it (the Quran) quickly so you can make it quick
it's assemblment and it's recitation (the Quran) is our responsability
so if We recite it, follow the way it is recited
and then it is Our responsability to make it clear (for the listener)"
as you can see, in the begining he says "I swear", and later he says "we..."
he seems here to use the term "we" when he talks about performing a godly / powerfull / allmighty act
just like a king or a judge for exemple uses the term we to express his power / authority when for exemple he says "we hereby sentence you to death"
That's something none of us can verify the authenticity of. To me, the most logical explanation, when actually going through the oldest religious scripts and reading about the mentionings of god, it makes more sense to there having been more than one behind the scenes. Because as you link back the use of ancient words, they usually show you god pictured as a plural.
''He''.. could also be reffering to his kind when saying ''we'' as playing god wouldn't be his decision alone to make.
(Just entertaining the idea here)
Ok, well, I don't remember any mention of that in the Bible and I was raised christian. (until I started using my brain)
Well, I recall a part from the old testament in which the sons of Adam and Eve spoke about the ''others outside the garden''.
And older versions of the bible refer to God with a plural. More than one. That's interesting.
I read and studied the whole Bible, I can affirm to you that God is one thing and Jesus another.
When God said "Let's do the man according to Our image", he was talking with his own Son.
And by the way, there is no way when Jesus was on Earth, that he could have prayed to himself. Think about this.
I've read pieces of what people now say that it is the bible, this "bible" is clearly written by men ain't gonna say anything other than that. but, in the Quran the meaning of the words and the use of the words is precise and cristal clear. I don't know about other languages, but in arabic, a king or a very powerfull being uses commonly the term (we / us ) when he wants to express his power / authority.
it has nothing to do with verifying the authentaticity of it. in the Quran's case, eather you understand the language or you do not. because in there is only one possible meaning. if you understand the language then you can translate it's meaning to other languages.
there has never been any missunderstandings or disagreements between people (eather muslims or non muslims) about the fundamentals of islam. and one of them is that there is only one god.
christianity could be considered as some kind of jewish sect/cult. and the jewish religion was greatly inspired the the pre islam persian religion called zoroastrianism...

I thought every arabic word could have more than 4 interpretations and that made for the various sects out there.
