Of course, without sharingan alot of uchiha are not so talented. Deidara himself mentioned that sasuke and itachi were just blessed with good genes. If you take away their KG or doujutsu, then they have little skill in much else other than the basics. Those with no doujutsu or KG end up being the best without any assistance of any genetic enhancements. Its because of this that the people in the Rookie 11 (excluding sasuke, neji, and naruto) are underrated.

Again true, but as I said earlier, it comes down to experience in a certain area. Itachi has not trained longer with weapons than tenten, who has trained most of her life with just weapons. If itachi doesn't have his sharingan, than it levels the playing field as neither have the advantage over one another except for their own skills.

She is known as weapons specialist, Itachi is not known for being a specialist with weapons. So what if she is chunin? I believe a particular someone said in other threads "ranks doesnt matter", oh wait that someone is called ShinobiX, you hypocrite. Ranks truly doesnt matter as it comes down to the person, Naruto is still a genin..so whats your point?

From what we've seen it's definitely Itachi, that could already be assumed after his training session with Sasuke. Later, at the Uchiha hideout, he blocked all of Sasuke's Shuriken, though he was nearly blind, and even managed to form handseals while doing so. Nagato's shared field of vision, which is said to be better than that of the Byakugan, was avoided and taken out by Itachi's Kunai.

It's definitely not Tenten. She may be specialized at weapon usage, yet at the age of 16 she's merely a Chunin and only spams countless weapons without scoring any hits. Itachi, on the other hand, became Anbu leader at the age of 13. It's obvious that Tenten is superior to him even when it comes to weapon usage.
