Is Itachi back for good? =D

well hes technically still immortal, and isnt under the edo tensei control, HOWEVER 2 THINGS CAN HAPPEN, im pretty sure kabuto can release itachi at any moment, not positive though. and also itachis soul could be released by himself by some type of fulfillment just like sasori, so for now it would look as though itachi is here for good but who knows.

Yeah, but I think he'll be free once the whole Naruto-Sasuke fight is over. He'll be freed knowing Sasuke is back in Konoha, or dead.

I think Itachi will fight Nagato and they will both die due to a Human Path/Totsuka Sword move. I also believe Kabuto can put him back in the coffin, but since he's getting "lucky", he wants to see what will happen next.
