Is Itachi as fast as V1 Aye?

I highly doubt this is V2 Ae.

Yeah but the argument is Ay = Minato in reflexes at base. Which is complete BS since there's a chapter that proves it otherwise.

Cee only stated Ay's Chakra Mode boosting his reflexes was in context with how fast Sharingan can track speed. Never to Ay being fast as Minato at base. Even that statement was said while Ay was in V2 not base

Still acted faster than Obito could use Kamui. Which Ay couldn't pull off.

And as for posting that Databook scan again, Yellow Flash is the nickname of Minato. The databook didn't state Ay's speed was as fast as Hirashin. Which is ridiculous since you can't be faster than instantaneous Space-Time Jutsu.

He reacted faster than Obito did because Hiraishin enabled him to disappear instantaneously the moment Obito became tangible which left Obito confused and incapable of reacting. This wouldn't have been possible with his Shunshin because Obito could react to his Shunshin just fine and Minato obviously would've been incapable of entering his rear instantaneously without FTG.

The "Yellow Flash" is a specific term that refers to Minato's refined usage of Hiraishin. Raikage being slower than "the speed of the Yellow Flash" translates to "the speed of the refined usage of Hiraishin". Awkward, but that's the literal translation of it. That said, this is one translation of the Databook scan, but another translation explicitly stated that Raikage was slower.

Which chapter proves it?

No, he didn't. He was talking about Minato and Ae in Base being on the same level. If they weren't then Minato wouldn't have been beaten so badly by Teenage Bee ... twice.

Mangapanda and Mangareader's translation isnt 100% accurate. Here's it in raw Japanese:

Translation:

"Those nerve signals blazing through Raikage-sama's body... His reflexes are at least a match for the Yellow Flash himself... I'm amazed that these people can even keep up. // Still, as long as he keeps using that Lightning chakra to accelerate his reflexes, even the Sharingan will not be able to keep up with him. // And what's more..."

Please tell me where and how it states that Base Ay = Base Minato in reflexes. Cee was referring to Raikage's neural transmission speed when he was in V2 and compared it to Minato.

Then on a separated note he stated that because Ay's using Raiton Chakra it'll give Sasuke a tough time keeping up with him. Simple as that.

Bee anticipated the attacks since he knew he was the primary target. It doesn't take lightning quick reflexes to guess the obvious.

Your perspective is contradictory. It cannot be referring to Raikage's augmented reaction speed when he later claims that the Sharingan won't be able to keep up with him after using Raiton chakra.

Why would Cee specifically mention this information when Ay was in V2 Chakra Mode? Why not before?

The point of the first sentence was to give an idea of how fast Ay was in that mode. The statement after that has absolutely nothing to do with Minato and only to do with Ay's speed being faster than Sharingan. Which is absolutely true and kept Sasuke on the defense.

Otherwise there's nothing that proves Ay in base has quick reflexes or reaction speed like Minato.

If you think its unfair to compare augmented speed against natural, do keep in mind Minato was a Sage Mode user. He was still feared for his lightning speed without it.

Contextually, the statement was made to emphasize Raikage's speed. By comparing Raikage's natural reflexes to Minato's, Kishimoto established that Raikage had incredible reaction speed. However, by revealing that Raikage can actually augment his reflexes, he then proves that Raikage's reaction speed is actually legendary because it surpasses even Minato's. The entire purpose of the scene was to highlight Raikage's speed and by mentioning Raikage's natural reflexes, he managed to accomplish that goal rather effectively.

The timing of that statement literally has no bearing on what Cee was referring to when the contrast between "I'm surprised that Jugo, Suigetsu, and Sasuke can keep up with them" (Base Raikage) to "Still, with his accelerated reflexes, not even the Sharingan will keep up him" (V1 Raikage) to "What's more ..." (V2 Raikage) implies that Cee was referring to different stages of Raikage's reaction speed. He started by highlighting Base Raikage's reaction speed, then transitioned towards V1 Raikage, and then transitioned towards V2 Raikage in a subtle manner.

Where did you get this translation from? It does seem kind of weird that the Viz talks about base Raikage when Raikage was in V1 the whole time he fought them.

How did he anticipate them? You can make a ton of excuses, but it changes nothing.

Also, that raw doesn't contradict anything.

Basically this. You saved me the trouble. The syntactic information starts with his Base form reflexes and compares it with Minato's. When it talks about the V1 form, Minato isn't even mentioned.

It's the same damn thing. Stop playing a game of semantics.
