not one person but plural im assuming two..

I think strongly the ones orochimaru somehow can revive or channel is the two sons of the so6p..

Makes no sense. How would the sons have any clue about Itachi, The Leaf, The Uchiha clan, etc.

......... Sasuke made it quite clear what he wanted to learn, and there are a limited pool of people to choose from who might know.........

The sons.... are not.... on that list.

This could be possible as we need more detail about the two sons before kishi decides to reveal the so6p

Them can be any number of people greater than one, just because he said them doesn't limit it to two people. With that said I do believe he will meet two people but that will be his mother and father and after hearing their side he will be able to determine if Itachi was right for turning on the family or if his family was right in trying to overtake Konaha. As for where they are going it only seems reasonable they go back to the uchiha meeting place. People saying it can't be Sasuke's parents because they are weak remember they could turn the battle through clarification rather than fighting, with their information Sasuke will have enough information to decide how to use his power in this battle.

Why would his parents know everything, his parents didn't even have the MS so they couldn't decipher the monument. I'm actually hoping its not his parents it wouldn't make any sense unless he were to ask them why they were planning a coup but even then how would that change the war it makes no sense to me
