Sasuke can do this with a stone for all we know but I'm sure Obito won't be that dumb to try the same thing he did against Minato. Obito had 5 minutes interval with one eye and I would venture to guess with both eyes he should have at least 10 min intangibility. He can now even snipe far objects so you don't know for sure. kaguya’s attack needs opening a portal,entering it,the portal disappears and another appears behind the enemy,getting out from the portal,catching the enemy then grabbing him to another dimension
but in case of long range kamui the part of opening the portal and entering it(wich takes 2 panels) doesnt exist,the hole of kamui will appear on the enemy directly and instantly ,also the part of catching the enemy then grabbing him doesnt exist in case of kamui,the hole of kamui will absorb the enemy or his neck instantly

yes ,people think he cant fight more than 5 mins lol,that is if there was an attack that can last for more than 5 mins and its range is so huge that obito cant get out from it in less than 5 mins ,but konan was tricky ,she made obito fall so that he cant get out from the explosion’s range
