Sasuke can do this with a stone for all we know but I'm sure Obito won't be that dumb to try the same thing he did against Minato. Obito had 5 minutes interval with one eye and I would venture to guess with both eyes he should have at least 10 min intangibility. He can now even snipe far objects so you don't know for sure. But with both eyes it's sure that Sasuke S/T isn't a counter.[SUB]
