No that's only when you open 3-7 if i'm not mistaken. Lee when using lotus never turned green until he opened the 5th gate. If not 4th. Opening the 1st gate just put strain on your muscles no aura.

But logically Sasuke is in fact the eyes and body which is even sealed in the Boruto movie with his ground braking shunshin and physical feats, not to mention Sasuke cheated in P1 when he amped his base body beyond Naruto's after he took the CM2 awakening pill which amped his base physical body stats beyond his CM1 stats from the chunin exams and im sure losing the CM did ntn to remove that physical amp since the CM2 ritual itself is wat gave Sasuke the stat boost after taking the pill.

Likely but we already know that more movement = more blackclash so simply opening the Gate to avoid a attack with a quick burst is possible , but yes a stronger body would mean more capability to withstand the blackclash..

Yeah i know, i'm just going by the post transmigrant plot nonsense which basically turned everything in the series inside out and upside down. lol kishi keeps blabbering about sasuke's eyes and chakra and yet most of his best feats involved his body while having low chakra. then suddenly post tranmigrant arcs he suddenly starts going all part 1 kakashi mode on himself against naruto. haha

as for the boruto stuff. eh, as much as I like sasuke. I don't really validate the movie as consistent mangafacts, especially knowing kishi only approved the fight scenes with no actual involvement other than asking for more taijutsu over ninjutsu. but if you want to factor that in, then yeah he has the body clearly. if he doesn't then naruto's body should've been alot more impressive by comparison lol
