Is it okay for main villains to have a change of heart?

There is a difference between being brainwashed/making that your reality and being truly evil by self intent.

He would've killed Anko period. If he was truly evil. He didn't.

"Brainwashed".. so how exactly was Obito brainwashed? Because he chose to go with Madara's plan? ..... You think Orochimaru was the first one to try to achieve immortality?

We all look at Orochimaru, Obito, Kabuto, Nagato as villains but when they are about to get TnJ, we see that they are antagonists. Not clear Orochimaru though.
Villains are Deidara, Hidan, Kakuzu, maybe Madara as well.
Villains give a sh*t about others even their partners whether they live or die.
