look im when im around girls i try to act like myself but i go immidiatly to being a poser and i hate doing that i really do is there any advice out there anyone can give me?

Just be yourself. As soon as you conciously are trying to look different/better when with other people it becomes obvious that something is weird

Don't try and impress a lovely lady with thoughts/actions/words and the like that are not actually who you are - cause if it gets serious and then she starts finding out you're totally different then what's the point? You want to find someone who understands you and vice versa.

Im assuming you go into poser mode because your nervous or something. Theres really not much advice on "being yourself" other than just, being yourself. If you cant control your mind to act naturally, then maybe you are truly "being yourself", because there shouldnt be an excuse as to why you cant control yourself other than that.
