Honestly, what gives me the right to an opinion on a woman's body?
I think everyone has the right to live once they are born.
I'll ask the same thing Kagetora asked earlier: If I push a 9-month pregnant woman down the stairs, and the baby dies, should the baby's death be completely ruled out of the incident, as it wasn't born yet?
Born was probably the wrong word to use. Once you're alive.
One of my texts actually define the zygote at 5 days as "A 100-celled organism called a blastula." Technically, it seems like it's a living thing after just five days
I wouldn't necessarily call it murder. But, I think it's just as bad. Abortion is bad because it's abortion; stopping a life that has started developing is just as bad as taking a life that has developed.A more appropriate word would be "organic"
Granted, even though the infant in the first 4 months aren't "alive", I agree with Riker in that it is murder because it's on the line right before becoming alive.
It's not like if a ***** sucks **** and swallows, that's considered genocide, because those sperms are not able to ever become alive on their own.
But a fertilized egg in a habitable environment (the womb) is still able to become alive on its own

Makes sense.
I take it you don't believe that once someone's life has started to develop, they don't have the right to have it done through to the end, that you believe we have to right to terminate the development of someone else's life because it isn't complete yet?

Makes sense.

So are you not sane and are you a murderer? Do you go around playing God saying who should live and who shouldn't?You're contradicting yourself. We do actually have the right, if I wanted to I could go outside and shoot someone in the head. I have that right to take someone's life, doesn't mean I will but what you're saying isn't true.
In theory and morally it's not right, and a sane person would believe they don't have that right. What I'm saying is that doesn't make it true.
So are you not sane and are you a murderer? Do you go around playing God saying who should live and who shouldn't?
No? Then don't act like that to an innocent life either. They have just as much right to live as anybody else, now if you think you can go around judging people, go ahead but don't complain when someone comes and decides you shouldn't live either because there is always someone who can judge your life so let's not even go there.
You do have the right to live because you're alive, it doesn't matter if you can die because you will anyway even if you do nothing but you have the right to live.Nah I'm just pretty unbiased, serves me well. But you get my drift mostly, you really don't have the right to live because anyone can take that from you at anytime. And vice versa.
But killing is killing I feel. Fetus or female, it's killing and you have to accept that choice.
By that logic it isn't even someone else. It's simply the development of life. The potential of life =/= life. So getting an abortion isn't ending life, it's stopping the potential of life.
You do have the right to live because you're alive, it doesn't matter if you can die because you will anyway even if you do nothing but you have the right to live.
Actually, no. Sperm cells and egg cells are the potential of life. A zygote or embryo is no longer just the potential of life, but is life that is already in the process of occurring. What you're saying isn't ending the potential life, at least, it's not just that. It's also ending the process where a life is already developing. My question to you is, do human beings have the right to end the development of another life that has already began.
That doesn't make sense. You're saying a fetus has the right to live because it's alive, when really all the rights are in the mothers hands. She can easily end that because it needs her to be alive. It has nothing to protect its "rights", therefore it has none.
People slaughter tons of animals and plants for food. They're technically alive, they have no rights if we choose. Being alive doesn't promise you the ability to live.
Edit: Actually I'm tired now so, yeah sure, you're right.
