Lets not forget that Hayate was very sick. He probably couldn't show his entire skill.

Kabuto summoned weak people like Shin and Chukichi, why not Hayate?.

And yeah, he's pretty cool.

Well, we don't know if Chukichi is weak. Actually, based on looks, I'd say he's really strong because he doesn't look like a random Jonin or Chunin and actually looks "different".

On topic. Hayate would get sealed.... easy. I don't believe for an instant he'd get too many kills unless he coughed on someone and gave them the clap.
