Is having kurama inside naruto the best insurance for kishi

Giving chakra when he needs it the most saved him from death against haku and gaara help him beat me hi go against kimimaru if I recall naruto would've been unable to use chakra in his right arm cause sasuke chidoriit so if it saves u from all that and the risk is to shorten ur life I'm thinking u got to live longer because of kurama so I don't see it as a bad thing

Even without his sharingan he can handle ppl like haku before crystal ice Mirrors he could be with training jonin level at his peak

Well it is somewhat classic story telling in this case. The hero usually has a power ability or special something that no other person has which makes them the hero.

Ex: Frodo-Lord of the rings. The was the most resilliant to the influence of the one ring so he was chosen as the ring bearer.
Goku-The only full blooded Sayain raised on earth.

and so on.

Naruto being the 9 tails is just the same as the aforementioned. So not necessarily insurance as is what makes him special.

That might have actually been kind of cool honestly. The jins actually being the beasts in human form. But I guess it would have went against the theme of working hard to achieve your goals if you are already an OP mass of living chakra made human so I can see why Kishi decided on making them Jinchuriki and not Kurama himself.

This is just stupid to take things away from character. If naruto doesnt has kyubi then he is not naruto from kishi universe. Characters are based on plot and environment, like when you grew up with skilled people you would learn something from them, same apply to sasuke, if he grew up with nobody same as naruto then he will become naruto vers2.
