Is Hashirama faster than FTG?

I think Tobirama refer his Hiraishingiri as Shunshin(Body Flicker) slash and not FTG slash. How FTG can dash forward?

The worse part is he probably could see it. With his sharingan he witnessed his death in HD and couldn't do a thing about it.

He can, however, dodge the attacks that may follow after it's used depending on how fast the opponents striking speed is. Only with Sage Mode though.

Your question makes no sense, so I'll assume you are asking if the attack that follows the teleportation can be countered.

Nothing is faster than FTG. However some individuals can react to the follow on strike that comes after the follow on strike.

However those that are marked/have the jutsu shiki embedded onto their body cannot react. An attack with FTG on a marked individual is almost instantaneous. You can practically teleport into the marked opponent upon teleportation, striking them immediately, without giving them time to react. Even Juubito couldn't react to being marked properly, took him 3 tries before he could actually anticipate FTG (and the only reason he did is because of certain factors that I won't explain right now).

In response to you question, no Hashirama cannot react (I sincerely doubt it). Just because Madara reacted with SM doesn't mean Hashirama can. Alive Madara showed that his physical parameters were on another level, seeing as though he blitzed sm Naruto. Add sm to madaras already superb physical ability and sensory prowess, then it's understandable how he evaded FTG Slash.

No one can dodge FTG, it's instant. What a person can dodge is the FTG user's Shunshin which is what they use when they physically attacking someone. They only use FTG to get from point A to point B. Tobirama was stated to the fastest of his time which includes Hashirama and Madara since they were in Tobirama time and this was said by Madara himself. Tobirama said Minato's Shunshin was faster than his own so Minato is the fastest ninja in base (not using a mode or ninjutsu enhanced speed like Lightning armor. Madara evaded Edo Tobirama and Edo Minato's Shunshin but Edo's are weaker than when they were alive so had Tobirama and Minato been alive the results wouldn't have been the same.

Ftg users move instantly right next to the mark item/user.
The action that is used to thrust towards the enemy is all normal body movement.
Between those two actions, whoever moves first either gets damaged or evades.
