[Discussion] Is Hamura black Zetsu?

I put this topic under discussion because every points towards Hamura being the forefather of the Hyuga clan. But there are things also that points towards black Zetsu.

First, Black Zetsu says that Hagoromo and Hamura fought against Kaguya. But this reminds me of Anakin Skywalker and Darth Vader, when Darth Vader talks in Third person about Anakin. This seems like Hamura died and Black Zetsu was born. And In the manga although they dont say if Hamura died or lived, most assume he died during the fight. And the Manga just said that Black Zetsu was born just before the end of the fight when Kaguya was about to be sealed.

Second, Black Zetsu is not Kaguya, since they did not became one, Black Zetsu remains a different entity. And who else could have live for so long.

Third, it seems kind of stupid but they both got white eyes, Hamura and Black Zetsu.

As I said this is not a theory but more a discussion about the possibilities.

No it says it was created when hamura and hagumoro sealed her... Plus when she faced Nardo and sauce she questioned if it was Hamuras reincarnation

Anime wise black zetsu does not have white eyes. It would be a very odd plot twist if bz was hamura. But bz would need horns,much longer hair, and hamura's expression. BZ cannot be hamura I still say reaper death god is hamura more similarities. That or hamura transmigrated just like hagoromo and is watching the battle as we speak. Hamura should have more power than just the byakugan maybe more abilities that he'll lend out. But he's definitely not bz that would be cliché and stupid too basic for one of kishi's talents

if he is then a thorough explanation is going to have to be given.plus kaguya would not look at sasuke and call him hamura when she laid eyes on him and this chapter when she reminisces if hamura is clearly inside her. Oof one of kaguya's talents she should know her own son when she feels or knows him.

Black Zetsu=Sephiroth from final fantasy 7. Them mommy issues though

Yes, you are right. There are things that points towards black Zetsu not being Hamura. But you never know with Kishi. I just get this feeling of Darth Vader/Anakin in Black Zetsu and Hamura.
