Is Guy Kage level?

While I dont think that kakashi and guy are at hokage level they are easily S rank ninja just below the kage level. As powerful as guy is hes not hokage level and hes kinda dumb kakashi is very strong and knows a lot of jutsu but does not have the strength or stamina to be match a kage.

Guy is certainly not worthy of the title Kage.

Futhermore Kage is not a measurement of power you spazz. None of the titles are a solid indicator of power.

Leadership skills,organisational skills,keeping a calm and focused head,being able to sort the villages finances and best interests,planning etc etc are required to be a Kage...

It is not a question of mere brute force which Guy has.

ok i agree with u mostly, but Zabuza isnt weak wtf, dude he got introduced in the beginning of the story and since then power levels have gone up so much and they were defeated fot the plot. Zabuza was in the seven ninja swordsman of the mist, noted best generation when he was in it. also he tried to have a coup d etat on the mizukage, even though failed, he still survived it

Gai is strong enough to be considered Kage level for his brute strength but he doesn't have the head to lead the village during peace and is not intelligent enough to do all the work that the Kage needs to do.

Kakashi on the other hand I would say is easily Kage level he knows more than a thousand techniques(only said that because someone said you need to in order to obtain this rank), is incredibly intelligent, has deep insight, has proven time and again to be able to control a situation, the only problem I see with Kakashi is that he is too lazy to do the work he would need to as a Kage. lol Ichi-Ichi Tactics

Kakashi barely scraps kage level imo, although low kage.

Gai isnt kage level. In terms of power he rivals low kages, but his fighting style is too one dimensional, although you can say the same for A. Similarly he isnt very smart, although again you can say the same for A.

Anyway kakashi is low kage. Gai is elite jonin. Funny enough i believe gai would beat kakashi

Guy is easily Kage level. In my opinion he is on par with all of the kage's, he would put up a good fight. A couple of posts now have been "can you really see him making decisions on war and blah blah blah". The question is he kage level, yeah, sure, but I wouldn't say he was fit to be a kage of a village, would either turn to plots or all the youth would look as if they are on steroids xD

Lol I made a thread almost exactly like this awhile back. I'm gonna agree with what most people said in my thread that he has the strength of a kage, but doesn't have the brains to run a village.
