You can't help being black but you choose to be gay.A mass murder can see a doctor or psychiatrist, but does that stop them from killing.
Does it matter.
Yes it is.But is the refusal of gay marriage equivalent to blacks being refused the right to vote?
Nice subject/verb agreement. Then you needs to see doctor or Psychiatrist.
No, as a matter of fact, I never chose to be gay, I never chose to be an abomination of God, I never chose to make my mother hate me, never chose to have my love treated as a degenerative, trivial mockery of "real love".You can't help being black but you choose to be gay.
I can respect people for their opinions, however-I don't agree with gay marriage because I don't agree with homosexuality in any form but that's just my opinion.
Yep , justice kennedy repeaptly asked stateatt how it was just to deny dignity and rights to lgbt ppl, the state att couldn't give a answer, justice kennedy was furious at the attempted failed responceObergefell vs Hodges, the oral arguments were heard in the SCOTUS just a few days ago.You must be registered for see linksis an audio recording (no videos allowed there) on whether a state, based on the 14th amendment, can license same-*** marriages. IMO Justice Ginsburg has the best arguments.

State attorney's answer did't satisfy her, Justice Kennedy demands a direct answer, and State Attorney answers:Mr. Bursch, suppose **suppose this: Suppose that there’s a State with a very procreation*-centered view of marriage of the kind that you’re talking about. And it **– you know, so emotional commitment and support, all of these, the State thinks are not the purpose of marriage and they want their marriage licenses to be addressed only to the things which serve this procreation purpose. And so they say, “Well, we’re not giving marriage licenses to any **– to anybody who doesn’t want children.” So when people come in and ask for a marriage license, they just ask a simple question: “Do you want children?” And if the answer is no, the State says, “No marriage license for you.” Would that be constitutional?
I think it would be an unconstitutional invasion of privacy to ask the question.
yea i caught that too , the state att was all over place, probally one of the worst arguements ever argued bfore the court , and what was worst was thekentuckystate att in the marriage rec case, the antigay side came in so unprepaired and the justices let them have itI really like this question from Justice Kagan, around 53 minutes into the clip:

They do sound exasperated though. June seemed so far away lol.yea i caught that too , the state att was all over place, probally one of the worst arguements ever argued bfore the court , and what was worst was thekentuckystate att in the marriage rec case, the antigay side came in so unprepaired and the justices let them have it
What human rights are they being denied exactly?I can respect people for their opinions, however-
Disagreeing with homosexuality is an opinion.
But denying them their human rights is an action.
I'd beg to differ. There's no proof that it's not controlled.Yeah it is. It's a trait that cannot be controlled and does not impede or otherwise harm others, and doesn't make them any less human that those possessing different traits. They don't deserve to have a right or service denied to them because of it.
I don't think the struggle that homosexuals have endured is exactly the same or has gone to the extremes of what black people have endured in America, especially with slavery taken into account, but is similar and comparable, same with women.
You chose to believe you were always gay instead of treating it like something that only developed. You didn't come out of your mom already gay, it's something you discovered through experience but anecdotal evidence is not real because it can't be proven. All you did was follow the social narrative of victimizing yourself by taking any responsibility and power from yourself. What better way to do that then say it was never a choice? It's such a passive way of living which the LGBT community and feminists are known for. The very reason there is the argument of it being a choice vs not being a choice is because it falls in line with the governments political agendas. They benefit from it in their own twisted way but arguing it's not a choice implies you would change given if choice, then again the reason you're arguing against it is because you don't want to change in the first place. As I said earlier, it's such a passive way to live life. You're actually just afraid of being straight, it's not that you can't change, it's because you don't want to or you would take personal responsibility for your life choices. That's why there are outrages when a formerly gay person becomes straight because it threatens their world view. No, as a matter of fact, I never chose to be gay, I never chose to be an abomination of God, I never chose to make my mother hate me, never chose to have my love treated as a degenerative, trivial mockery of "real love".
I only chose to accept my self for what I am.
You aren't born straight either. You chose to believe you were always gay instead of treating it like something that only developed. You didn't come out of your mom already gay, it's something you discovered through experience
What a crock of shitYou're actually just afraid of being straight
They shouldn't have to change.it's not that you can't change
