Is Gaara Still Top Ten?

His defense is basically impenetrable.

His versatitlity with the sand is ridiculous.

Was stated to be stronger than the 1-Tails.

Is extremely smart in battle.

...But mostly his defense. I'm considering putting him in my top ten, and I may make a thread for it later. Any other things I could include?

well hes stronger than characters like itachi and sasuke who can be in the top ten but thats where top ten is flawed because while gaara>itachi itachi>guy guy>gaara

Gaara was never top 10 in my eyes, i won't even use the Madara fight to bring him down because that fight was just extreme and i give all 5 of them props for holding out.

I just never saw gaara to be particularly strong.
