For Hancock kicking Smoker she was mowing down Pacifistas which took the entire SH crew to beat so the Smoker deal is sort of ignored.

I thought he said something like that before...but the official translation just has him saying something along the lines of Doflamingo being a different ruler than Hancock.

Can't say much for Zoro.. still haven't seen him go all out..While we have seen luffy go all out. But i'm still waiting on this battle to happen. =D

Zoro-Overall I would assume it'd be high difficulty. By current feats, luffy definitely needs to go G4 to beat base zoro, that at the least ensures a mid diff fight. There are still the demon based attacks we know from pre ts, so they will probably make it up to a high diff.
Law-high/extreme. Aside from the obvious law finding it difficult to land a hit on G4 luffy, as i see it Law too can avoid G4 using his powers for a little time.
Jimbei-Extreme diff G4less luffy.
Can't say anything about hancock.
Sanji would lose to G4less luffy, but he will probably show some completely new feats to make the difficulty higher.

I think jimbei & hancock are underestimated by all.They are very very strong.so any fight that involves them is a extreme diff..
luffy(g4) can beat zorro or sanji mid diff
luffy (g2,g3) high diff sanji or zorro
luffy extreme diff law(it can go otherway also if he uses only g2 & g3)

I've Zoro over Luffy in every area except observation haki, movement speed and maybe combat speed(not sure). Zoro has better destructive capacity, sstriking speed, reaction, endurance, defense and armament. Because of these reasons, yes i do believe g4 will be needed and depending on how Oda will develop Asura or all out Zoro, it won't surprise me if he was close to even g4 Luffy. Portryal also tend to go this way since Chinjao who fought g2/3 Luffy couldn't believe Zoro was the subordinate. Oda also continues to portray Zoro as someone capable to fight opponents who can defeat Luffy(he was eagered to fight Fujitira after he sent Luffy flying) and he lately gave him a bounty of 320 millions which is enormous for a subordinate without special bloodline or heritatge or relationship making you a greater danger to the government. His bounty is much closer to his captain than even another subordinate to his rivals captain. That sprleaks volumes to me dspecially since Zoro has yet to go all out

But yet Luffy beat her fairly easily back at Amazon Lily. Her haki was just stronger than his at MF since her tribe is known for it and he had none at pre skip Sabaody.
