In the comics there are 3 different reverse flash, the one you are talking about is Professor Zoom and his name Eobard Thawne

as for Dr wells wells being the reverse flash from what I have watched so far I not going to say yes or no but who knows its getting real good.

I think it'll be Eddie too. Wells may be Eddie from the future using a disguise or even Eddie's son though.

Also reverse Flash is Zoom.
