I think it was because Kaguya predates jutsu, she may have a massive amount of power, but doesn't know how to use it, which is why she's been little more than a punching bag. Also, Sakura didn't actually hit Madara in that scene, and she wasn't bleeding from Sakura punch, she was bleeding from Kakashi nearly Kamui'ing her arm off.
Is someone going to make this thread every week? Manga stated who is stronger. Nothing else anyone says or believes matters. When the manga says Madara is stronger, then he'll be stronger.
