Kubo has already stated that this is the last arc for the manga. However, I don't think he's ready to throw in the towel so soon. He's probably gonna try to make this the longest arc if he can.

This arc itself will be the last arc in Bleach, but the manga isn't over yet.

Kubo said he was gonna reveal a number of things which haven't come to light yet. He said he would reveal Unohana's zanpaktou and show her in a real fight, the significance behind Kyoraku's flower robe, the history between Isshin and Ryuken, Renji and Hitsugaya's new Bankai looks, etc. Plus there's Squad Zero who haven't even come yet.

I reckon there's going to be at least 100 more chapters bare minimum.

With all the things that are supposed to happen and with how much information is in individual chapters I dare to say Kubo is in need of at least 250. Remember how many chapters it took just to finish Fake Karakura Town.
