But the fans ARE an issue. Actually to be more correct, the fanboys/girls. If you can't accept a character's REALLY OBVIOUS FLAWS and declare her the best when those flaws don't even make sense or are holding back her character as much as it is, you become an issue.

It's even worse when you consider that some of the Hinata fans have declared ****ing war against people who don't like her and/or the pairing NaruHina.

Sometimes, you have to make exceptions.

And when it comes to Hinata's fanbase, exceptions must be made.

Exactly! They overrate the crap out of her, and they are so insecure about her character that the only way they can promote Hinata, is by bashing other characters (Sakura and Karin). While in the process ignoring Hinata's glaring flaws...

1. Little character development

2. Can't speak

3. Part 2 revolves around Naruto, not herself

4. Shunned by clan for obvious reasons

5. No backbone

Hahaha nuh I see where you're coming from, but I just personally like her. I like Sakura as well and I think that it'd be great if Sasuke and her were to become a couple. In saying that I like Sasuke but Naruto is my bias out of the two. Hinata is just my personal preference. It's fine. I'm not trying to change anyone's feelings on her. I was just stating how she is summed up in the manga and why she has so many fans when she hardly does anything. You could say I'm curious.

I see that you have a point. I really think it does boil down to personality preference. To be honest, I really don't like most of the female characters that have popped up because they are obsessive women with extreme personalities. Hinata is /really/ annoying, but I think that Sakura is more so.

Give you an example if why you have no idea what you're saying... You say Hinata stopped crying for Neji, yet what did you expect? She was crying her eyes out, and shaking, yet she had to pull herself together so she could counsel Naruto. You can even see it in her expression, she's biting her lips, trying to hold back her tears. you also don't seem to mind the fact that lee stopped crying too after , the fact that Naruto barely shed a tear, or the fact that tenten, gai and hiashi didn't cry at all.

And about her comment on Naruto's hand, she was scared, her cousing just died in front of her and she's facing some crazy monster, Naruto makes her feel safe in this time of despair she is in. There's nothing wrong with her feeling comfortbecausr of holding his hand

I throw up everytime I read your posts. She did not compliment his hand because she was scared. She complimented his hand because it was Naruto. Do you understand this? She started thinking about Naruto hand right after his death, which is a completely irrelevant thing to think about after someone close to you supposedly dies. That's enough for me to call her selfish, and considering you're a hardcore Hinata fan, I don't really feel like arguing with you at the moment, but I will say this.

Hinata was not biting her lip or any of that petty expression that you are saying. She just shed a tear for a quick 2-3 seconds and then went on her way to cheer up Naruto. I believe even after Neji died and she cheered Naruto up she started smiling just because Naruto kun was by her side. Neji's death is all Hinata's fault, as she stood there like an idiot expecting Naruto to do dodge , but instead Neji had to defend Hinata's careless ass and get killed. As I said earlier, she puts everyone at risk with her carelessness and uselessness.
