I'm guessing they are saying if there is any uzumaki members left in naruto. Or is naruto the last one. I'm pretty sure the OP is using a translator. >.>

They all fled after their village got destroyed. Naruto isn't the last one but there is no confirmed uzumakis alive besides him.
